RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At NEOHUBS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, drops, liquid damage, or normal wear and tear are not eligible.

To request a return, please email us at support@neohubs.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalised or custom products

  • Hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
